Exhibitor Registration

Registration closes about 1 week prior to the symposium.

Cancellation requests must be received by email at mnobesitysociety@gmail.com. Cancellation fees are based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

• Cancellations received before 2 weeks prior: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations received between 2 weeks prior and 5 days prior: Refund of 50% of registration fees paid.  

• Cancellations received less than 5 days prior: No refunds will be issued.

Substitutions of one attendee for another will be permitted at any time prior to the conference start date with written notification. Substitution requests should be sent to mnobesitysociety@gmail.com.

No refunds will be given for no-shows. All cancellation/substitution requests must be made in writing via email. We regret that refunds cannot be granted for missed sessions or extenuating circumstances.
